How do I know someone won't tamper with or steal my possessions?

When you rent storage with us, your unit will be securely padlocked and only you will have the key. Even we don't have access to your storage space. Other security measures include monitored 24 hour CCTV, fire alarms wired directly to the local fire department [for climate controlled units only], gated security fences with keyed only access.    [ back to top ]

Why should I store with you when I can use a friend's attic or our garage for free?

Even friends (and the space they can offer) have their limits. Can you be sure everything is 100% safe and accessible? And how secure, clean and dry is their garage? Will everything fit in? (How about your car?!) At GSS - everything is on the ground level. Roll it in, roll it out. There are no steps, flights of stairs, hills, uneven pavement, or oily ground. What's the minimum/maximum amount of time I can store for?

The minimum time is as little as one week, and the maximum is as long as you want. The notice period you give us can be as little as 24 hours - so you'll never have to pay for storage time you don't need.   [ back to top ]

What do you mean by 24 hour self storage?

Open 7 days a week / 365 days a year. We have electronic gate access with individual passcodes to enter and exit. 24 Hour access is available upon request. Normally, gate access is available from 6am to 7pm. for vehicles. Personal gate access is available with your individual passcode. Office hours are Mon - Sat, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.  [ back to top ]
